While James Comer might be the best chance for a republican victory this fall, the GOP haven't given up hope on Todd P'Pool. P'Pool has had a lot of support from "marquee" Republicans (Mike Huckabee, for example) and today we found out that former New York City mayor, Rudy Giuliani will be campaigning for Todd P'Pool on October 26th in Louisville.
Though Giuliani is a little less conservative than his Kentucky brethren, his is still a big name in the party and in a city like Louisville, which is more liberal than the rest of the state, maybe he could do the attorney general candidate some good...
but I doubt it.
