FBI and Australian authorities arrested a suspect in the collar bomb hoax Monday night in Oldham County. The Australian national, who was staying in his ex wife's house, has been accused of breaking into a home in Sydney, Australia and attaching what turned out to be a fake bomb to the neck of 18 year old, Madeleine Pulver. Pulver's father is said to be one of the wealthiest men in Australia which explains the ransom note the masked intruder hung around her neck before escaping. Australian Police spent almost 10 hours trying to free the teenage girl before discovering the bomb was in fact a fake. More details have come to light in the last 24 hours as to how authorities came to apprehend the suspect in Kentucky.
