KY State Trooper allegedly threatens to exterminate Family after they blew the whistle on his Wife

A family in Adair County, KY is suing a former Kentucky State Trooper, claiming he violated their rights, falsely arrested them and even threatened to kill them.  The plaintiffs stated that the state trooper was retaliating because they had recently reported his wife for reckless driving, after she ran them off the road.
