Locke Won't Play For Eagles

Saw this earlier on the KSR blog and man, what a bummer.  I was really hoping that University of Kentucky running back Derrick Locke would have an opportunity somewhere in the NFL.  Strike two for Locke after the Vikings, then the Eagles, both say no.  Hope he gets another opportunity.
