.5% of Racehorses on Drugs!!!

Actually the headline in the CJ is more like "Report states that 99.5% of drug tests on racehorses were clean."  This contradicts accusations of corruption in the sport, at least on that front.  Of course, we know the real news here is half a percent of horses are taking drugs.  Below are photos of these abmoniations to their breed, where they can be seen:
