Circuit Court Judge for Mcreary and Whitley Counties reprimanded for engaging in Political Activity

The Kentucky Judicial Conduct Commission has reprimanded Circuit County Judge, Daniel L. Ballou, for emailing fellow Kentucky Circuit Court Judges Rand Paul's stance on the 2nd amendment during Paul's 2010 Senatorial campaign. The Judicial Conduct Commission dismissed two other charges against Ballou for allegedly contributing to the John McCain presidential campaign in 2008. The question Judge Ballou now faces is which one of those fellow Circuit Court Judges ratted him out.
