David Williams Plan Drastically Cuts Taxes
Republican candidate for governor, David Williams, has a plan to create jobs in Kentucky. The Senate President said he wants to eliminate personal income tax and corporate income tax in Kentucky as a means to attract and retain business in the state. Other parts of the Williams plan include allowing local governments to determine if they should pay the prevailing wage for public works project. The article at Bluegrass Politics lays out all the details, but the long and short of it is less taxes and regulations, smaller pensions and unemployment benefits, etc., etc.,... you get the idea.
