GOP Challenge of Moellman Dropped

Two Republican activists had filed a lawsuit against the Libertarian candidate for Treasurer, Ken Moellman.  Today, the Republican candidate, KC. Crosbie, said she asked the activists to withdraw the challenge to Moellman's petition that put him on the November ballot.  It was right in time for the Kentucky Tonight forum for the three Treasurer candidates.
