Panel Won't Hear Bill Johnson's Homeless Voting Complaints

The candidates for secretary of state have been going back and forth over the issue of homeless people being allowed to vote.  Though Bill Johnson recently filed a complaint regarding he issue.  He backtracks makes it clear that he doesn't disapprove of the homeless people voting but they must list an address, even if it is a homeless shelter.  Seems a bit like semantics.  I don't know if homeless shelters have to keep records about all the people they take care of, but I imagine that verifying a homeless person's presence at a shelter is difficult, in which case why does it even really matter what address they list - I mean, hell, they are homeless!

If you ask John David Dyche, he'd say that unless they own property, they probably shouldn't even be voting in the first place.  Yeah, you read that right.
