Republicans Try to Force Out Moellman

Republican activists are filing a lawsuit against Libertarian State Treasurer candidate Ken Moellman in hopes of getting him off the November ballot.  They claim that many of signatures procured by Moellman's camp are "flawed" and "ficticious".  Moellman was recently shown in a poll to have 16% of the vote, which would lead Democrat Todd Hollenbach to an almost certain victory in the general election.  K.C. Crosbie has not been performing well in recent polls, but one would have to assume that if the Republicans were to actually succeed in getting rid of Moellman, his supporters wouldn't magically forget that their choice was kicked out by Crosbie's supporters and immediately vote for her instead.
