The Courier-Journal published an article this morning in which it analyzed contributions to Governor Steve Beshear's campaign for the primary cycle in the Governor's bid for re-election. The result? The CJ found that since 2009 Governor Beshear has received $820,000 in donations from his political appointees, 13% of all the political contributions for the Beshear campaign during the primary race. This number does not include donations for the general election cycle because those figures wont be released until October. Here is the article in the Courier-Journal:
