Inmate Flees, Jumps Into River (Exclusive Footage)

Kentucky inmate James Fields fled police after a court appearance in Williamsburg on Monday. While still wearing handcuffs, Fields ran from the courthouse to the Cumberland River.  Calling Kentucky has exclusive footage of the man's terrifying jump.
