Kentucky politicians Steve Beshear, Mitch McConnell, Rand Paul and Richie Farmer spoke at the 48th annual Kentucky Farm Bureau Ham Breakfast in Louisville yesterday All of the speakers were on their best behavior, either concentrating on their political achievements in agriculture like Beshear and Farmer, or preaching on the advantages of political compromise as did Sen Rand Paul. The prize ham auctioned off sold for $600,000 and proceeds will go to charities.
