Cornhole Winner Doesn't Get Beer He Was Promised

While reading through the headlines of the major newspapers in Kentucky, it's hard to miss this story about an arrest in Bowling Green over a cornhole altercation.  Apparently, our asshole hero was challenged to a game of cornhole, wherein the loser would buy the winner a beer.  But after succumbing to defeat, the loser screamed profanities at the winner and eventually punched him.  My favorite quote from the story is this -

"Through witness interviews, police determined that Haberlock reportedly hit a man who had earlier challenged him to a game of cornhole, with the winner agreeing to buy the loser a beer. Haberlock lost the game and wove together a string of profanities at the winner, who never got his celebratory beer, according to police records."

If I had to guess, I would say that the last sentence in that quote has never been written in a newspaper before.  Do yourself a favor and read the article linked to above.

I would also warn you not to play cornhole while drunk... but really, what's the point in that?
