Huffington Post Profiles Coal Miner

I heard about this through Kentucky News Review.  It's a really good article about Charles Scott Howard, a career coal miner and whistle blower from Kentucky.  As the article states, his stance is that "He refuses to do anything that he believes may endanger himself or his fellow miners."  Howard has stood up to his employers on many occasions and has testified against the large coal companies regarding safety conditions for coal miners.
