While news in the state is focused on David Williams attacking Governor Beshear's participation in a Hindu ceremony in Elizabethtown, the real story is the University of Kentucky's showdown with neighbor Transylvania as college basketball gets going tonight. I know it's only an exhibition game, but damn it, it's good enough for me. This is the first chance to see our number one recruiting class and master of ceremonies Terrence Jones take the court against somebody other than each other. Tonight will begin what could be one of the most exciting seasons in the history of UK. High expectations? You bet.
The game will be airing at 7 ET tonight on ESPN3, Fox Sports South and, well, just turn your TV on and you'll see it.
