These Poll Numbers Are Starting to Look Ridiculous

The new Courier Journal/WHAS statewide poll shows Governor Steve Beshear 31 points ahead of Republican challenger David Williams.  The CJ article talks about how those numbers might affect down-ticket races.  It certainly can't hurt.

Beshear is winning in a number of demographics - young, old, men, women, moderates, gun owners, pro-lifers, pro-choicers, poor, not-so-poor, black people, white people, short people, tall people, etc.

It should be noted that a series of TV ads aired for David Williams (and against Beshear) were just starting to air when this poll came to an end, so their impact is not factored in.

Also, Gatewood polled at 8 percent, and 9 percent are still undecided.
